You will receive a personal reply from Eugene, usually within one working day. If your date is available, you will be invited to share a little more about your plans so that an outline proposal and guidance on pricing can be offered.
Most enquiries are answered the same day, and always as quickly as possible around shoots and editing. If your message is time-sensitive, please mention this in your note.
Once you are happy to go ahead, you will receive a brief summary of what is included, along with details of the booking fee. Your date is reserved as soon as the booking fee and simple agreement are completed.
Yes. Consultations can be arranged by phone or video call to suit your schedule, especially for weddings and larger projects. This is a relaxed opportunity to talk through ideas and make sure the fit is right.
